It was a total of 180 minutes from the time we go in line to the time we got to the top. Instead, you have to wait another 70+ minutes inside for the elevators. They trick you into thinking you can now enter the tower. Our kids finally thought life was about to get better after being in line in the heat of GZ outdoors for 72 minutes. Turns out, we waited 72 minutes just to get into the West ticket office. The SMS we received said to go to the East or West ticket office to pick up the paper tickets. We bought tickets online a day before going, thinking that would be helpful. Instead, the chaos from the very beginning should have clued me in. Perhaps if there had been signs outside warning me of the horrible experience I was about to go through we would have gone back to the hotel.
